Product Description:
QSHI Lashing Cage (Container Top Safety Cage) allows personnel to gain safe access from ground level to stacked containers on board ship. The Lashing Cage is available in 20ft and 40ft sizes. The Lashing Cage is designed to suit ISO dimensions for containers, allowing standard twistlock connection to a 20ft or 40ft parent spreader. Access to the cage at ground level is via an automatically locking door.
The cage can be equipped with tool storage boxes and hooks according to the customer's requirements. The cage is equipped with hooks for attaching safety harness points for working personnel. Many of the cages that we produced are customized for our customers special needs and requirements.

8,All structural parts on the lashing cage are made of Q345B ;
9,There is a 10mm wire rope at the top of the center line in the direction of the truck, which is used as a safety hook for the operator to walk freely in the lashing cage under the condition of safety hook;
10,There are a total of 8 lock pin frames in the lashing cage for temporary storage of lock and pin and related tools;
11,There are four guide posts on the bottom beam of the 40-foot unit for guiding the 20-foot unit back to its original position ;The safy door returns automaticlly;
12,The four corners of the lashing cage are provided with anti-fall lifting lugs for hanging anti-fall hooks, which are linked to the lifting lugs of the spreader end beam;
