Telescopic drive and friction reduction device
"Telescopic drive mechanism" consists of roller chain, push rod, sprocket, etc. The telescopic action of the spreader is realized by the drive chain of the reduction motor. When the telescopic beam reaches the 20 'or 40' position, the limit switch sends a signal and causes the motor to lose power. At the same time, the motor brake is effectively braked to stop the expansion. At this time, the cab displays the telescopic / contraction length of the spreader. There is a set of tensioning device on both sides of the telescopic drive chain, which can make the drive chain absorb part of the impact energy from the telescopic direction. A friction reducing block is arranged between the sliding surface of the expansion beam and the box beam. When the expansion beam moves, it slides on it, which greatly reduces the friction resistance when the expansion beam moves. This kind of friction reducing material has high strength and can bear the extrusion and impact load twistlocked from the expansion beam to the box beam in the operation.
