Discription:
Scissors grab is scissors structure which is connected by main hinge, and scoop is connected by scissors beam, simple structure. There will be pulley , strengthening beam and tube installed on beam. Support chain is fixed on strengthening tube to connect with upper beam to lift the whole grab. The open and close of scissors beam is controlled by shaft rotation of center hinge under action of wire rope winding system.

Advantages:
The scissor grab is applied to the grab ship unloader and has the following advantages: better adaptability and higher loading and unloading efficiency. Under the same gripping amount, the total lifting weight is smaller, which can adjust and increase efficiency. The role of the same lifting capacity, can grab more materials to achieve the purpose of increasing production capacity. Can adapt to different materials, and high rate of full bucket. The higher grab efficiency improves the performance of the entire equipment and ensures production capacity. When the scissor grab is opened and closed, the amount of expansion and contraction of the wire rope is small, and the efficiency of the ship unloader is also improved to some extent.
