Qshi Container Revolver Spreader/containerised bulk handling spreader for STS crane
Discription for our products:
1.QSHI1700 series container revolver spreader is designed for lifting bulk cargo containers,and used with hoisting equipment such as STS crane,RMG crane,tyre crane,portal crane and jib crane.It allows the bulk cargo container to be turned over to the side shaft by turning the spreader and central slewing mechanism.In this way,the bulk cargo like grain,coal and iron ore etc.can be unloaded from bulk containers to ships or other transit spaces.The QSHI series over turning spreader includes an external frame attached to the crane hook,and the inner frame connected to the container by twist lock.The connecting method is the same as fixed size container spreader.The inner frame and the external frame are connected by slewing bearings,a motor equiped in the external frame drives the inner frame to rotate 360°.
2.QSHI series flip slings can handle up to 35 tons and 40tons of safe working load (SWL).It is equipped with a high performance hydraulic power unit,used to operate ISO floating twist lock and flip drive.QSHI series of flip slings are equipped with fixed and movable container anti dumping device.
